Guided Meditation
Custom guided meditations to assist and amplify your individual intentions.Live SessionLive sessions are available in-person at my healing space or over Zoom. We will discuss for a few minutes, then you will relax and I will channel in a guided meditation for your healing. These sessions do not include Reiki healing, but the guidance and visualizations do have a special healing power of their own.

For a pre-recorded bespoke guided meditation, schedule a 30-minute consultation. We will discuss your intentions for meditation, emotional or physical conditions you hope to heal, and your preferences for music and meditation length. I will channel and record a guided journey based on your needs, then I will set it to music and send it to you via Google Drive. I activate the files with Reiki energy so that Reiki will flow to you each time you listen. You will be able to download an .mp3 file to keep forever. Turnaround time is usually about a week.
