I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) passionate about all aspects of Yoga - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

As a survivor of trauma and traumatic injury, I am dedicated to helping everyone find a practice that works for their own body - no matter what that looks like.  I love to help other survivors adapt their practices after injury and I have experience working with people of many different ability levels.

​Your 1-hour trauma-informed yoga session includes a 10-minute consultation call beforehand to discuss your goals.

Sessions can be done at your home, my home studio, or online via Zoom.  Travel fees may apply to your home.  I encourage in-person instruction as it gives me the opportunity to see your alignment in different parts of the yoga asana sequence.
